Kansas City Dietetic Association Records (0592kc)


The Kansas City Dietetic Association, a local chapter of the American Dietetic Association, began meeting in the mid-1940's. Its purpose is to promote the profession, the science and education of dietetics, and to improve human nutrition.

The records include KCDA Newsletter and Bulletins of the Kansas Dietetic Association discussing KCDA events, minutes, reports, a policy manuals, membership lists, constitutions and bylaws, photographs, and financial ledgers from 1958-1982. ca. 1947-1983.
