Andrew County Prosecuting Attorney Case Record (KC175 SHS)

J. Harry Latham (1894-1953) served Andrew County as Prosecuting Attorney for eighteen years, from 1931-1935 and 1939-1953. Prior to his service as Prosecuting Attorney, Latham was Andrew County's Clerk of Circuit Court and Recorder, 1923-1931.

This volume records cases which Prosecuting Attorney Latham presented for the State of Missouri. The reports include the defendant's name, charge and disposition of the case. The volume includes an index to the defendants. 1942-1945
