Spring Valley Park Abstracts (KC216)

Spring Valley Park, located in Kansas City, Missouri, is bordered by 27th and 29th Streets, and Vine and Brooklyn. The park of a little over 30 acres was obtained through condemnation in 1902 and 1930.

The abstract is a copy of the land transactions concerning the tract of land located in the North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 16, Township 49, Range 33. The file does not deal with the condemnation actions later undertaken by the city. 1838-1893
