John Titus Fetterman (1843?-1928) Papers (KC224)
Little is know of John Fetterman beyond that he lived in Kansas City about 50 years, was at one time the librarian of the Fetterman Library, and operated a small book store during the last years of his life. He was also the author of several little books of poems and prose including Street Musings, or Joe's Romantic Adventures in a Great Midland City (1898), and Tragedies and Comedies (Street Musings), or Joe and Jane's Adventures in Three Great Centers [189?].
This item is a holograph manuscript of Tragedies and Comedies (Street Musings), presumably written some time in the 1890s and published by the Rigby Press in Kansas City. 1890-1899
