Renewal Process
Come back another year!
We hope that you'll choose to return to Residential Life for your time here on campus. Priority is given to students already living on campus when choosing their space for the following school year if they fill out their contracts by February 1st. Please see the renewal process schedule below to find out more about deadlines for guaranteeing your space on campus for the 2010 - 2011 school year.
- January 25: Contracts available online for returning students to fill out. Students wishing to contract for a single room must fill out contracts on this day. Priority is given to those currently living in singles, then follows the remaining priority guidelines.
- January 26: Students wishing to guarantee their current room for next year (4-person suites) must complete their contracts on this date.
- January 27 - 29: Students currently living with us and wishing to renew their contract for any other space in the halls may fill out their contracts on these dates.
- February 1: The online contracting process will be open to all new students.
Priority Guidelines
Priority for room space is determined several ways. If contracts are turned in by the deadlines listed above, priority will be given based on amount of time someone has lived in Residential Life, current number of credit hours and/or date and time the contract was submitted.
