Guy M. Edgecomb Jr. (1913-1972) Papers (KC284)

Guy Edgecomb Jr. attended Gladstone Grade School and Northeast Junior High School, and he graduated from Northeast High School in 1931. Edgecomb was a captain with the 349th Infantry Regiment in Italy during World War II. He and his wife, Lillian, had two children, Phil and Amy. Edgecomb owned a restaurant and was a member of the Missouri and National Restaurant Associations.

This collection consists of the Regimental History of the 349th Infantry Regiment and provides information on such things as training, battle, and supply. 1944-1945
