All UPS and Fed Ex packages can be delivered directly to you if you provide your vendor with your physical mailing address (building street address) and room number. Using 5100 Rockhill will result in the package being delivered to Mail Services. Once a package arrives, we notify you that it has arrived and ask your delivery preference (delivery or pick up). A package or box that will fit into a mailbag and weighs less than 5 lbs. will be placed in your mailbag for delivery. All packages are delivered within two days. Any packages received in Mail Services will be delivered the following day. There will be a $1 charge (some exceptions apply, refer to pricing schedule) per piece for deliveries not fitting into a mailbag.
