Application Process

Thank you for your interest in a UMKC Real Estate Office residential property. We rent within the UMKC Community and each property is situated within walking distance to our Volker campus. Our properties consist of separate houses, duplex units, and apartments typical to the UMKC Neighborhood.

Since none of our properties are exactly alike, an open inventory of available rentals is always limited.
