Real Estate

The Real Estate Office is responsible for the management of over 115 residential properties owned either by The Curators of the University of Missouri or the UMKC Trustees in the neighborhood just south of the UMKC campus. This office is managed by Cohen Esrey Real Estate Management Services and their duties include leasing, rent and deposit collections, deposit refunds, and maintenance contracting and oversight. The Office works closely with UMKC Residential Life to place qualified faculty, staff and students in these rental units and is committed to managing its properties in a manner consistent with sound business practices and positive community relations.

The Real Estate office is located in room 103, 4825 Troost.  Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday and on weekends by appointment only.
