University Real & Personal Property Damage

1.    Call the Campus Police at ext. 1515 from a campus phone if there is an emergency, if damage is of suspicious origins, or if a vehicle has caused building damage.

2.   Call UMKC Risk Management at ext. 1623 if damage is likely in excess of $1,000.

3.   Complete a UMUW Form 69 "University of Missouri Damage Report" if any University owned or leased building, facility or contents (excluding tools, supplies, or other expendable items) is damaged by any cause.

4.   Within 24 hours, forward completed typed UMUW Form 69, Damage Report, to UMKC Risk Management, 4747 Troost, Rm. 23.
