Loss of Money, Securities and Property

1.    Call the Campus Police at ext. 1515 from a campus phone to report the theft of University property.

2.     Complete a UMUW Form 155 "University of Missouri Theft Report" if you discover the theft or disappearance of money, securities, property or equipment owned by or leased by the University or for which the University has legally accepted custody and responsibility.

3.     Within twenty-four hours (24), forward completed typed UMUW Form 155, Theft Report , to Risk Management, 4747 Troost, Rm. 23.
