What We Do
The Cashier and Collection Office performs the primary functions of:
- administering the assessment, billing, inquiry, and receivable of student fees and payments
- handling the cash management process for all cash and check receipts
- managing the collection process for student accounts
Our Mission
The Cashier and Collections Department provides services to students, parents and the campus through student fee assessment, student billing, and cash collections. Through delivery of these services, we will be a valued and trustworthy source for all of our customers, a prototype of best business practices, and the campus model of quality customer service.
