About Us

Campus Facilities Management is comprised of eleven units that work together to provide custodial, maintenance and construction services to the UMKC campus.  These units are Building Services, Business Operations, Carpenter Shop, Construction Services, Grounds, HVAC Operations, Locksmith, Maintenance Shop, Paint Shop, Space Planning and  Planning & Construction .
