| The HVAC Operations unit of Campus Facilities Management
is on site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year to
serve the UMKC community. |
| The HVAC department maintains, repairs & upgrades
heating, hot water and cooling systems, maintaining and up-grading
building controls, and operate utilities that generate and distribute the
steam and chilled water. |

The Hospital Hill Maintenance crew of Campus Facilities
Management provides routine and preventive maintenance services for both the
School of Dentistry and the School of Medicine.
|
The School of Dentistry is a 210,854 square foot building with
219 dental chairs on the clinic floor. Each of these is supplied with
water, air and vacuum.
|
The School of Medicine is a 225,276 square foot building.
The School of Medicine has several labs for research purposes.
