We maintain and repair:
| All electrical systems on campus | |
| Campus building lighting | |
| Outside and parking lot lighting and controls | |
| Plumbing systems, restrooms and related equipment | |
| Underground water and sewer lines |
We install and test backflow preventers in conjunction with Federal law as enforced by Kansas City. We oversee campus elevator repairs, upgrades and annual inspections. We coordinate with our elevator service company and follow up on repairs, as well as scheduling testing as mandated by the State of Missouri.
We perform construction and remodeling of offices, classrooms and labs. We weld, both fabrication and repairs on metal furniture, snow equipment and handrails.
We operate two full time service trucks and one full time lighting technician and our goal is to respond to every customer’s needs as quickly as possible. We have a total of thirteen employees including supervision.
