CAMPUS BUDGET OFFICE
The Campus Budget Office is responsible for budget forecasting, budget transfers, building of annual campus budgets, budget manual preparation, analysis and training on the PeopleSoft budget system. We also serve as staff support to the University Budget Committee.
Vision
The vision of the Campus Budget Office at the University of Missouri-Kansas City is to help strengthen all units' contributions to the university's overall missions of teaching, research and service.
We provide proper guidance to all units on how to plan and generate resources when new activities/programs are implemented and how to manage resources for existing programs to ensure all units are functioning at their maximum capacity.
Mission
The Campus Budget office is a partner and advocate for the effective and efficient use of University resources through planning, analysis, accountability and alignment of resources to priorities.
