The University of Missouri-Kansas City wants to better understand what UMKC employees value most in their workplace, and why they leave or transfer divisions/schools/departments. We would appreciate your honest responses to all of the questions on this form, but you may choose to respond to only some if you wish. The information will be summarized by the Department of Human Resources, and used by our office to better understand opportunities for improvement in the workplace. We will share summaries of the information with appropriate UMKC administrators.
