If you are paying by check, please print this form and mail it with your request. If you are paying with cash or charge, please visit our office at 5115 Oak, room 221, Kansas City, MO 64110. Our office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday–Friday. We are closed from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

One-day scratch-off hangtags are $7 per hangtag with a bulk rate of $5 for orders over 200. To validate the permit, scratch off the day, month and year you will be parking on campus.
