In order to make a request for a permit on-line there must be an agreement of responsibility for the applicant to know the rules and regulations for parking on the University of Missouri – Kansas City campus. The rules and regulations can be found on the Parking Operations web site at www.umkc.edu/adminfinance/parking/ and in the Parking Operations office located in the Administrative Center room 221. YOU MUST BE A CURRENTLY ENROLLED STUDENT TO USE THE ON-LINE APPLICATION PROCESS.
