In order to make a request for a permit online, there must be an agreement of responsibility for the applicant to know the rules and regulations for parking on the University of Missouri – Kansas City campuses. The rules and regulations can be found on this Web site and in the Parking Operations office located in the Administrative Center, room 221. YOU MUST BE A CURRENTLY ENROLLED STUDENT TO USE THE ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS.
