STATEMENT ON REPORTED SEXUAL ASSAULT TO THE UMKC POLICE DEPARTMENT
At 2:40 p.m. on April 22, 2005, a sexual assault was reported involving a female student and an unknown male in Haag Hall. The victim reported she was contacted in the hallway of the 3rd floor of the building by the male suspect. She reported that the male stated he was conducting a movie survey for his film class and asked if he could conduct a survey with the victim. The victim and suspect then moved into an unoccupied classroom. The suspect asked the victim numerous questions about movies and moved into questions related to sexual scenes in movies. At that time the suspect exposed himself .
Description
- The suspect is described as an African American or Hispanic male , possibly interracial ; 5'10; 175 pounds; medium build; black curly hair; and light colored eyes.
- The suspect was reported as having abnormally small teeth described by the victim as similar to children's teeth.

He was wearing dark colored baggie jeans and a long white t-shirt.
