Sgt. Joseph Rucinski

Sgt. Rucinski has been a police officer with the department since 2004.  He was promoted to the rank of Sergeant in 2005.  Sgt. Rucinski is currently the day shift supervisor and is in charge of crime prevention.  He received his law enforcement training at the Kansas City Regional Police Academy.
