Sgt. Jonathan Schouten

Sergeant Schouten started with the department in 2002. He left UMKC to work for Moberly Police Department and returned to UMKC in November 2005 and was promoted to sergeant in March of 2008.  He is a trained R.A.D. instructor.  He received his law enforcement training at the Western Missouri Regional Police Academy.
