Get Involved
At UMKC, volunteers give of their time and expertise on alumni committees, advisory boards and friends organizations. They mentor our students, advise our deans and help us grow. Last year, 2,000 volunteers donated more than 106,000 hours of their time.
UMKC is proud to have more than 60 constituent organizations working on its behalf. If you have an interest in serving on an advisory board, joining a committee or volunteering in support of an academic unit, contact us at alumni@umkc.edu or at 816-235-1563 and our staff will be happy to match you to a meaningful volunteer opportunity at UMKC.

The Office of Alumni and Constituent Relations produces a monthly electronic newsletter, e-Roos, sent to more than 30,000 alumni and friends with news and information about UMKC and its alumni.
