Announcements Submission
To inform the UMKC community of an University news item or of an event, activity or program sponsored or co-sponsored by the University, submit information on the Announcements form at http://fusion1.umkc.edu/newsletter/NewAnnouncement.cfm.
Announcements requests must be submitted via the Announcements form by noon Wednesday to be included in Thursday's UMKC Announcements electronic newsletter. Event title, beginning and end dates, time, location, description, URL and contact e-mail address must be provided.
NOTE: Students must first submit their requests to stulife@umkc.edu for approval by the Division of Student Affairs.
Announcements Publication
Each Thursday, the Announcements e-newsletter will be sent to all UMKC faculty, staff and students. Each week's compilation will also be accessible via this Web site.
An Announcement about a one-time event will appear in the e-newsletter once, no earlier than 14 days prior to the event. Repeating events will appear in the weekly newsletter up to two times, once prior to the beginning of an event and another time prior to its end date.
Announcements Archives
Announcements entries will be archived for six months. Search archived news and events by key word at http://fusion1.umkc.edu/newsletter/search.cfm.
