Single rooms are available at the Hotel Phillips for $125 (plus tax) per night. Hotel reservations must be confirmed three weeks prior to the training to assure availability and the reduced rate. If you encounter difficulty making room reservations please e-mail Kim Wilcox.
Location and Transportation:
Situated in the heart of downtown Kansas City, Missouri, Hotel Phillips is ideally located – two blocks from Bartle Hall Convention Center and within walking distance of corporate offices, government destinations, Kansas City Power and Light district, Town Pavilion and the cultural Avenue of the Arts district. The Downtown Executive Airport is ½ mile away and it is 19 miles to Kansas City International Airport (MCI). Airport shuttle transportation is available via KCI Shuttle Express. KC Trolley Car operates between downtown, Crown Center and Country Club Plaza between April and December. Hotel Phillips is also convenient to nearby attractions including Crown Center, Country Club Plaza, Overland Park, Truman Sports Complex and the Nelson-Atkins Art Museum.
