SI International Conference Registration
To register for the conference:
- Open Registration Form.
- Type in information into form.
- Press "Print Form."
- Fax form to 816-235-5156 or Scan and Email form to
goldk@umkc.edu
You will receive an email confirmation once registration has been completed.

Registration Fees:
- Early Registration Fee: $525 USD (registration received by April 1st, 2010)
- Regular Registration Fee: $575 USD
- Early Student Registration Fee: $250 USD (registration received by April 1st, 2010)
- Regular Student Registration Fee: $300 USD

Cancellations on or before May 21, 2010 will have the registration fee refunded less a $75 administrative fee. A written request for refunds is required. Absolutely no refunds will be made after May 21, 2010. Conference organizers cannot accept refund requests resulting from cancelled flights and/or "acts of God."
