Common Issues Addressed in Therapy

CCAS provides help with common mood, anxiety, behavioral, and relationship problems and other life challenges.  Those who attend counseling can, through their work with their counselor, achieve their goals in many areas.  Years of research on counseling show that it is effective in helping most people.

Common issues discussed in therapy could include any of the following:
