Students

  1. Log on to Pathway at http://pathway.umkc.edu.
    • Type in your Single Sign-on (the part of your UMKC email before the @ symbol) and password and click Sign In.
    • If you don’t know your Single Sign-on or the password, click on Forgot My Password.
      Note: If this is the first-time on Pathway, you must E-Consent, by clicking UM E-Consent on the bottom of the left menu. This will log you out and when you re-enter, you will have another menu option, Self-Service.
  2. In the menu on the left, click on Self-Service.
  3. In the menu on the left, click on Campus Finances. From here you can:
    • View your Account Inquiry, which houses multiple tabs of account information.
      • The Account Summary provides a real-time total of your outstanding charges, pending Financial Aid, and adjusted amount due.
      • The Activity tab contains a date-sorted record of all the individual transactions that have posted to your student account. You can select a certain time period to view or only look at charges from a certain term.
      • The Payment and Pending Financial Aid tabs give you a breakdown of the information listed under those two headings on the Account Summary.
      • The Make A Payment tab will take you to QuikPay, where you can pay your balance or view your Billing Statement.
    • View your Bill, a snapshot of the account transactions that occurred within that billing cycle. Note: Pop-up Blockers must be disabled at this step.
      • The QuikPay website will open and you will need to log on. Click on View Accounts on the left menu and your most recent billing statement will display. This statement only updates once a month and payments will not be immediately visible.
      • You can also view previous statements by clicking on Statement History on the left menu, and choosing the Billing Date that you would like to review.

Authorized Users

  1. Go to https://quikpayasp.com/umsystem/kcity/sa/authorized.do
  2. Type in the user ID and password set up by your student. If you do not have this information, your student must reset you in the Pathway system.
  3. On the University of Missouri website that opens, click on the View Accounts link on the left menu and your most recent billing statement will display.
  4. You can also view previous statements by clicking on Statement History on the left menu, and choosing the Billing Date that you would like to review.
