While the chancellor openly accepts the vast majority of invitations that are made, he must frequently decline an invitation due to a calendar conflict. The Chancellor’s Office attempts to accommodate most requests that support the mission of the university and appreciates your patience with the chancellor’s complex calendar. Prior to completing this form, call to confirm the chancellor’s availability.

The Signature Request Form is required to obtain the Chancellor’s signature on documents pertaining to university business. Incomplete forms will not be considered and will be returned to the requestor.
