  Assessment of acute symptoms/illnesses and treatment or referral as appropriate. Common complaints that could be assessed and/or treated in the clinic include:
  • abdominal discomfort/pain
  • allergies
  • elevated temperature (fever)
  • indigestion
  • muscle sprains and strains
  • skin rashes and lesions
  • upper respiratory infections, coughs, colds, sore throats
  • urinary track symptoms/infections
  • vaginal discharge/infections
  • any physical complaint that requires further assessment
Assessment of Chronic Illnesses and treatment or referral as appropriate. Common complaints that could be assessed and/or treated in the clinic include:
  • anemia
  • asthma
  • diabetes
  • hypertension
  • or any illness requiring monitoring or further evaluation

Other services include:

  • First aid (non-emergency)
  • Physical Examinations
  • Pregnancy testing and counseling
  • Contraceptive counseling/information
  • STD testing
  • Testing for tuberculosis (PPD)
  • Well Woman Exams (Pap smears) by appointment
  • Allergy shots
  • Blood Pressure checks
  • Immunizations, inquire at the clinic
  • Education on health issues/diseases
  • Flu shots during the season
  • Reference laboratory access
