gradbar

In addition to the national testing programs offered via Computer Based Testing, the Center offers many other admissions, licensure, professional certification examinations. These examinations are paper-pencil, offered in a group format, and require registration prior to the test date. Some registrations are made in our office (CLEP, MAT, ACT-Residual, and CCST), some require completion of a registration form submitted to a national testing office (ACT, LSAT, PRAXIS, MCAT, TSE), while other registrations are made through the professional organization that sponsors certification. For registrations made at the Testing Center, please call (816) 235-1635 for test dates, registration guidelines, and testing fees. In addition, registration packets for many other national exams are available in our office. While registration materials are not mailed to candidates, they maybe picked up in our office during regular office hours.

Please note that the University Bookstore offers a wide selection of preparation materials for most standardized examination. They are located on the lower level of the University Center at 50th and Rockhill Road.

While the Testing Center offers the most comprehensive group of exams on the UMKC campus, specific departments coordinate certain tests. Exam dates, registration materials, and policy and procedures information may be obtained for the following exams by contacting the following offices:
