Who

Girls ages 10-14, 5th-8th grade from the Greater Kansas City metro area.

What

  • Build a sense of confidence and pride
  • Develop skills for political/school campaigns
  • Understand key concepts used in government and politics
  • Discover the history of women in politics
  • Meet women political mentors
  • Participate in field trips and games.
  • Practice public speaking and negotiation.

    At the top of the page, click on the tab 'calendar', scroll down a bit and find the June 2013 calendar. Select June 10th.
