Name cards should be picked up prior to the ceremony starting at 4:00 pm on the day of the ceremony in Pierson Auditorium. The announcement card will have your name and your degree. In the upper right hand corner of the announcement card, there will be a letter and a number written in blue ink. The letter and number will tell you where you need to stand in the line. There will be an overhead projector that will show you where your corresponding letter and number is in the line. There will be staff who can answer any questions that you may have. Don’t hesitate to ask them if you don’t know where you should be in-line.
If your name card is marked “with Latin Honors” indicating you are graduating with “Summa, Magna, or Cum Laude”, please pick up your medallion at the Information Table. The medallion is yours to keep.
