Neighborhood Liaison The position of neighborhood liaison was created to honor the University's value of building collaborative communities and to uphold our commitments to our neighborhood partners. The liaison resides in the Rockhill Crest neighborhood, and serves as a contact and resource for residents as well as students residing in the Rockhill Crest neighborhood. The liaison works to build and enhance a sense of community among residents and students within the neighborhood and serves as a point of contact for neighborhood issues and concerns. In addition to other duties, the liaison coordinates Neighborhood 101, a two-hour seminar for students residing in university - owned properties in neighborhoods that adjoin the campus.
