Heather Noble, Ph.D.
Dr. Heather Noble received her Ph.D. in counseling psychology from the University of North Texas in 2003
and became a licensed psychologist in the state of Missouri in 2004. She is presently the coordinator of the Assess for Success program and a staff psychologist. She works with adults, both affiliated with UMKC and
from the Kansas City community. Her special interests include college
students' development, psychological testing, group counseling,
organizational consulting, and teaching undergraduate and graduate
students in psychology. Her approach to
individual counseling includes a strong focus on the foundational
relationship between the client and the therapist, thus fostering growth
and empowerment for the client. She maintains flexibility for
approaching client concerns through a wide range of possible
conceptualizations and interventions. Her supervision model also focuses
upon the relationship that is established, while also being holistic and
developmental in nature. |
