Admission requirements

  • All students interested obtaining a degree in Electrical and Computing Engineering must earn an ACT score of 25 in Math and a composite ACT score of 24.
  • Transfer students must have a 2.0 grade point average (GPA) at each institution and a final term GPA of 2.0.
  • Students who do not meet the above criteria may petition for admission

  • We offer the one of only sixteen ABET accredited Information Technology degrees in the United States and the only one in the Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Iowa area.

Fast facts

  • With an Information Technology degree, students can take courses in advanced webpage development, game programming, JAVA, network security and CCNA Certification.
  • Internships are a requirement of the degree program and a benefit to job-seeking students.
