Meet Our Staff
Scott Laurent has directed the Office of Services for Students with Disabilities for the past ten years. He is an alumni of UMKC. When he is not working with students to make the world a better place he enjoys fly fishing, reading, drinking coffee and writing poetry. He has a teenage son, who is the light of his life.
Jane
Holland is the office Administrative Assistant and coordinates accommodated testing among other duties for the office. She is
a long time UMKC employee and brings her unique commitment to and advocacy for
students with disabilities. A real photo of Jane is forthcoming.
