Carol Hallquist provides leadership for Hallmark's community involvement programs, Kaleidoscope children's art experience, the Hallmark Visitors Center and corporate foundation giving. She also leads Hallmark's corporate social responsibility efforts, including corporate diversity and inclusion.

She began her career at Hallmark in 1984 and assumed her current position in May 2007. Hallquist is actively involved in the Kansas City community. In 2008, she was named one of Kansas City's most influential women by KC Magazine.

Buck Wimberly began his career at Hallmark 10 years ago, and currently consults with leaders across the company to ensure the heart of the brand is at the center of their strategies. Wimberly also oversees HERE (Hallmark's Employees Reaching Equality), Hallmark's LGBTQA employee resource group.

After 13 years of marriage, Wimberly came out in 2008. He and his partner recently blended their families and are raising their five children.
