UMKC is concerned not only with the academic development of its students, but with their out-of-class experience as well. The co-curricular life of the University community is the administrative responsibility of the Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management. Assisting the Vice Chancellor are the following offices: Admissions; Registration and Records; Financial Aid and Scholarships; Multicultural Student Affairs; International Student Affairs; Office of Student Involvement; the Counseling, Health and Testing Center and Disabilities Services; Career Services; Women's Center; Center for Academic Development; Institute for Professional Preparation; University Center; Swinney Recreation Center; and Office of Residential Life. In addition, there is a Student Affairs liaison in all academic units. The Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management also administers the student judicial process and houses the UMKC HelpLine.
