In order to provide you with the best service possible please review the following guidelines before entering a work request…
This system is used to request repairs to be completed by Cherry Street Hall staff.
Examples of items that should be requested include; problems with room furnishings, heat/AC, leaks, window or mini blind issues, or issues within the community bathroom on your floor.
If you maintenance need is an emergency (i.e. flood, loss of power to your room, broken window, etc.) please contact your CA of the front desk.
Please only enter one maintenance request at a time. If you are experiencing more than one maintenance related problem they need to be reported on separate requests.
Work requests submitted after 4 p.m., during weekdays, will not be reviewed until the following day. Work requests entered during the weekend will not be reviewed until Monday morning. If you maintenance request is of an emergency nature please report it to the front desk.
If you are having a problem related to keys or with your internet, this system is not the method for reporting these issues.
For lost or stolen room key please report this immediately to your CA or the front desk. (Do not enter a work request for this issue)
