Mailbox Stuffing and Bulletin Boards
Only materials with residents' correct box numbers, or those specifically approved by the Residential Life Coordinator or Associate Director will be placed in personal mailboxes. Only the US Postal Service can access the mailboxes in Oak Place Apartments, so Residential Life will not be able to place items in these boxes. Information may be given to students by posting it on their apartment door.
Flyers, bulletins and brochures must be approved by the Residential Life Coordinator and then may be placed only on common-area bulletin boards. Copies of academic-oriented flyers must be given to the Residential Life Coordinator to be hung on bulletin boards throughout the complex.
