Rates are per person — 12-month lease
All apartments are fully furnished. Rates include all utilities, Internet and cable. Rates do not include a meal plan.

Summer Rates
Students wishing to stay in the halls for summer school may contract through our business office. You do not need to be enrolled for the summer session to stay in the halls, but you must have contracted to live in the halls for the following year. Summer rates are determined on a nightly basis. There are no meal plans for the summer.
