Room layouts and details
Although room sizes vary slightly, there are three main types of living spaces available in our two residence halls. These include:
- 4-person suite with a shared bathroom
- single room with a shared bathroom
- single room with a private bathroom
The most common type of room we have is the 4-person suite with shared bathroom.

The bedrooms in Oak Street Hall measure approximately 12' 6" x 10' 2", plus a hallway and a 5' x 2' closet and a shared bathroom. The bedrooms in Johnson Hall measure approximately 12' 2" x 12' 11", plus a hallway and a 5' x 2' closet and a shared bathroom. As our rooms do vary slightly, we encourage residents not to purchase any wall-to-wall items, such as carpeting, until they have actually measured their specific room. Student rooms feature:
- Sink
- One Ethernet hook-up per bed
- Cable television
- Microfridge
- One bed, desk, desk chair and small cabinet per resident
