Residential Life Coordinator
Position description
A full-time, live-in Residential Life Coordinator (RLC) staffs each facility in Residential Life. Responsibilities include:
- supervising student staff, including Resident Assistants or Apartment Living Assistants, Social Justice Coordinators, and a graduate assistant,
- educational and social programming,
- crisis management,
- adjudication,
- hall administration; and
- summer conference administration.
Preferred qualifications
This live-in position requires a bachelor’s degree in educational administration, counseling, student personnel, or related field, and one year of professional experience living/working in a residence hall. A master’s degree is preferred but not required for this 12-month position.
Salary and benefits
Minimum salary range is $25,000–30,000. Benefits include a two-bedroom apartment, meal plan when food service is open, 75-percent tuition waiver, professional development funds, and a competitive benefits package.
