Assistant Residential Life Coordinator
Residential Life currently has no graduate assistant positions open for the 2012 - 2013 academic year. All graduate assistantship candidates must submit applications to the Student Affairs and Enrollment Management office.
The Assistant Residential Life Coordinator (graduate administrative intern) works with and reports to the Residential Life Coordinator to maintain a hall environment that is conducive to academic and personal growth and success. Assistant Residential Life Coordinator responsibilities include:
- advising the Residence Hall Council,
- enforcing and adjudicating residence hall and University policies/policy violations,
- acting as a resource to residents and staff,
- assisting with the residence hall programming,
- summer conferences administration,
- referring information,
- role modeling; and
- student development.
Preference may be given to those candidates with experience living and/or working in a residence hall. Experience as a resident assistant, graduate assistant, or resident manager/director would be especially valuable.
Private studio apartment with kitchen and bath, meal plan, cable television hook-up, campus Internet access and work computer, tuition waiver and in-state tuition for three hours per semester. No waiver is available for the summer semester.
Stipend of $750 per month.
