Employee Listening Sessions

Employee Listening Sessions were created to cultivate an atmosphere of positive communication by allowing employee's of UMKC to share thoughts on a variety of issues in the workplace. These sessions are held throughout the year on a variety of issues that affect employees of the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Engagement & Exit Surveys

UMKC Engagement Survey coming soon


The UMKC Exit Survey is a tool used for voluntary terminations that anonymously allows for employees to share information about the work environment at UMKC as well as information about why they exited the institution.

Survey data is ran quarterly and information is provided to the Vice Chancellor of Human Resources as well as the Chancellor for further discussion.
