Find an "In-Network" Doctor?
Follow these steps:
- Go to ummedcvty.com and click on “Members.”
- In the tan strip on the left, click on “Locate a Provider”
- Review the benefit plan information and then click on "Enter Provider Search" at the bottom of the page.
- A new window will pop up. You can start your search by providing information related to: your location, your condition, a specific doctor's name, or specialty.
