Coaching

Coaching is a journey of professional discovery and growth.  As a manager you are influencing, developing and retaining precious resources – your staff by defining expected outcomes and providing continual feedback. As staff you are working hard to make a difference in your position and maybe focused on future opportunities on campus. Knowing your strengths, interests and motivations are key ingredients to determine your next step.

 

While the application of coaching is endless what follows are a few common examples of coaching:
