Position Title: Berkley Child and Family Development Center, Clinical Assistant Instructor/Teacher
Position Description: This is a 12-month position at the University's learning laboratory school. Duties include teaching a classroom of children (infants/toddlers or preschool), working in collaboration with families and other teachers/staff, following and demonstrating the center's philosophy, planning events and opportunities, providing experiences for professional development, supervising student teachers interns and other faculty/staff. In addition, teachers must keep accurate records and documentation of classroom learning. All teachers are expected to continue dedication to life-long learning and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Earned Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development or a related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of one year teaching experience with the appropriate age range of children.

Position Description: This is a 12-month position at the University's learning laboratory school. Duties include co-teaching in a classroom of children (infants/toddlers or preschool), working in collaboration with families and other teachers/staff, following and demonstrating the center's philosophy, assisting in planning events and opportunities, assisting in providing experiences for professional development, assisting in supervising student teachers interns and part-time staff. In addition, co-teachers must assist in keeping accurate records and documentation of classroom learning. All teachers are expected to continue dedication to life-long learning and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Earned Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred) in early childhood education, child development or a related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of one year teaching experience/student teaching experience with the appropriate age range of children.
